1. The service

Outrovo finds B2B leads and drafts outreach emails for your review. Nothing is sent without your action: either you press Send on a draft you reviewed, or you enroll leads in a sequence whose schedule you set. You are the sender of every email — each message goes out from a mailbox you connected and control.

2. Trial

The free trial includes 10 leads per month, self-serve in your workspace. A verified work email is required — free inboxes are not eligible. One trial per company.

3. Plans & billing

Paid plans (Starter $49, Growth $99, Scale $199 per month) are billed monthly through our payment provider. Plans renew automatically and can be cancelled any time from your billing link (PayPal) — cancellation stops the next charge. Extra leads beyond your plan are $0.03 each.

4. Bounce guarantee

If a paid batch exceeds a 3% hard-bounce rate, we replace the bounced leads free. Forward your bounce report within 14 days of delivery to claim.

5. Acceptable use

You warrant that you have all necessary consents, permissions, and legal bases to contact your recipients, and that your outreach complies with all applicable anti-spam and privacy laws in your jurisdiction (including, where applicable, the US CAN-SPAM Act, Canada’s CASL, and the EU GDPR). Outrovo provides the software infrastructure; legal compliance of your outreach is your responsibility. You agree not to use Outrovo for spam, misleading content, or outreach to people who opted out. Every email sent through the workspace includes an unsubscribe link, and opt-outs are honored automatically. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or damage sender reputation.

6. Your data

How we collect, use, and delete your data is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms. Email support@outrovo.com any time to delete your data.

7. Liability

Outrovo is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months. We are not liable for replies you don’t get, deals that don’t close, or deliverability of inboxes you operate yourself.
