Terms of Service

Last updated: September 2026. Plain-English summary first, binding terms below.

In short: Outrovo finds publicly available professional information and helps you contact people lawfully. You — not us — are responsible for complying with anti-spam and privacy laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CCPA) when you reach out. Don't scrape us, don't resell our output as a database, don't harass anyone.

1. The service

Outrovo provides AI-assisted people search over public web sources, contact-pattern estimation, and outreach drafting/sending tools. Results link to their public sources; we do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or deliverability.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) use results to spam, harass, discriminate, or stalk; (b) scrape, bulk-export, or resell results as a standalone database; (c) circumvent rate limits, access controls, or plan limits; (d) send outreach that violates CAN-SPAM/GDPR/PECR (valid reply path, honest headers, prompt opt-out handling).

3. Your content & account

You own your lists, drafts, and sent mail. You are responsible for keeping credentials secret and for everything sent from your account, including test/demo data you choose to send.

4. Data & privacy

We process only public professional data plus what you provide. See Privacy and DPA. Anyone may request suppression via removal.

5. Plans & payment

Paid plans bill per seat or workspace in advance, cancel-anytime, no refunds for partial periods. Usage caps (searches, sends, enrichments) are enforced by plan; overages are blocked, never silently billed.

6. Liability

Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 3 months. We are not liable for bounced mail, blocked domains, or third-party data errors.

7. Termination

We may suspend accounts for spam, abuse, or legal risk. You may delete your account anytime; workspace data is purged within 30 days.

8. Changes & contact

Material changes are announced in-app 14 days ahead. Questions or abuse reports: see contact & removal.
